The Edgefield County School District's Student Online Application/Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school opens soon.


Please complete the online application/enrollment process for your student(s) through FinalForms using the guidelines below.


New to ECSD? Please click on the Enrollment Resources link (above right): "Are You a New ECSD Family?"


Returning ECSD Student? You should receive an email to complete your account set up on Friday, March 8, 2024. Once your FinalForms parent account is set up, please click the Enrollment Resources link (above right) "Are You a Current ECSD Family"?

You will then have access to your student’s forms for completion of the enrollment process for the 2024-2025 school year.


Need a Parent Portal Account? All parents/guardians must create a Parent Portal account. If you do not currently have a Parent Portal account, please create one as soon as possible. Your Parent Portal account allows you to see important information such as your student’s attendance, schedule and grades.


You may call your child’s school or complete the Parent Portal Request via this LINK and the necessary information will be sent to you via your method of choice.


This easy-to-use guide will walk you through the setup process. 


If you have a change of address, please provide the required proof of residency documents to your child's school prior to the first day of school.


PLEASE NOTE: Your student’s application/enrollment is not complete until online registration has been completed through FinalForms and all required documentation verified by school staff.
